Our client, a leading integrated telecommunications specialist based in Belfast are actively recruiting for Telephone Sales Executives to join their expanding team.

You will be responsible for contacting potential clients and arranging an appointment for a specific date and time to enable a Sales Representative who will directly promote the high quality, customer focused communication solutions for businesses throughout the UK and Ireland to include business mobile contracts and deals, business mobile data calls, business telephone line land systems, business carrier pre-select (single billing solution) and bespoke business telecom systems which are tailored to the clients individual needs.

The successful candidate will contact a predetermined number of prospective customers or clients, once contact has been established you will be responsible for engaging the lead by introducing them to the products and services offered by the company with the ultimate objective of setting up a meeting between the potential customer and a member of the company’s sales force. In additional to this you will be responsible for updating the administration of your calls and make appropriate database entries paying close attention to detail

Candidates will possess exceptional communication and organisational skills, multi-tasking skills and knowledge of mobile communication devices. It is also essential that candidates possess a pleasant and professional manner.
