USED CAR SALES MANAGER
Acting as a Recruitment Agency we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to work within a car sales showroom based in Belfast.
The primary focus of the role will be to achieve and exceed allocated unit sales target for used cars as well as lead and drive a team of dedicated sales executives.
The main duties within the role include the following:
· Sales Volume: Achieve and maintain the Company prescribed sales standards for used cars in order to improve image and enhance profits for the department
· Used Car Reconditioning: Ensure cars are reconditioned as directed and displayed to attract buyers in order to have quick stock turnover
· Prospecting System: Maintain a prospecting system to create a customer database and achieve Company's business objectives
· Updating of Market Information: To collect market prices for Used cars to arrive at accurate appraisals and result in more sales of new cars
· Used Car Transfer of Ownership: Ensure customers' cars are registered/ transferred systematically to meet regulations
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
· Essential to have at least 2 - 3 years experience in a similar sales position in the service or automotive industry
· Able to deal effectively, openly and positively
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to show initiative
· Well-groomed and presentable
· Self-motivated, reliable and confident
· Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
· Competent to analyse market situation and identify customer needs
· Ability to deal effectively with pressure and stress
· Possess organization and time management skills with demonstrated ability to follow sales process
